Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness is the next MARVEL upcoming movie that will be officially in theatres on 06may 2022. It is intended to be the sequel to Doctor Strange (2016) and the 28th film of the MCU, directed by the well-known director Sam Raimi, who directed the first Spider-Man Trilogy Starring Tobey Maguire...

Following the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home and the first Season of LOKI (2021), plus the mini-series WandaVision, Doctor Strange with the help of both old and new mystical allies, travels into the multiverse to face new mysterious villains.

Bennedict Cumberbatch as Dr. Stephen Strange.

Elizabeth Olsen As Wanda Maximoff also known as Scarlet Witch:

A former Avenger who can harness chaos magic, engage in telepathy and telekinesis, and alter reality, whom Strange seeks for assistance regarding the multiverse. The film continues Maximoff's "ownership of what makes her unique and the accountability of her life experience" that began in the series WandaVision(2021), with an example of this being a return to an accent that is more true to her Sokovian heritage after some of the previous MCU films had moved to an Americanized version.Olsen was largely unaware of the Multiverse of Madness story while filming WandaVision and tried to ensure Maximoff's role in the film honored the events of the series rather than having the series be affected by the film.

Chiwetel Ejiofor as Karl Mordo: A former Master of the Mystic Arts and mentor-turned-enemy of Strange, who is hunting other sorcerers.

Benedict Wong as Wong:

The Sorcerer Supreme and Strange's mentor and friend tasked with protecting Kamar-Taj's most valuable ancient objects and books.

Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez:

America Chavez is one of Marvel Comics' most powerful heroes, with the ability to cross the Multiverse itself and the strength to survive whatever she encounters in her travels. Despite her power levels and her place in the Marvel Universe, America Chavez isn't a household name as a hero

America Chavez believed she was raised by her mothers in the Utopian Parallel, a reality that is out of time and in the presence of the being known as the Demiurge, whose presence she credited with imbuing her with superpowers. In her memory, when Chavez was approximately six years old, the Utopian Parallel was threatened by destruction. Chavez's mothers sacrificed themselves to seal the black holes resulting in their particles being smeared across the Multiverse itself. Wanting to prove herself as a hero and knowing Utopia didn't require salvation, Chavez ran away from her home and her responsibilities. She travelled across different realities, eventually adopted the moniker of Miss America, and began covertly acting as a superhero.

Her powers and abilities are that she possesses super human strength, durability and the power of flight, Chavez also has the power to kick open holes in reality, allowing her and her teammates to travel through the multiverse and into other dimensions.

Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer: An emergency surgeon who was a colleague and lover of Strange.
